I’m Ryan Spoon and I have had the privilege of working across many great companies and products in the sports, media, and consumer spaces: Sorare, BetMGM, ESPN, beRecruited and through SCN Ventures. I was most recently COO at Sorare (the leading NFT project), COO at BetMGM (one of the leaders is sports gaming and iGaming) and spent 8+ years at ESPN, where I led digital in various capacities.

Before ESPN, I was a venture capitalist at Polaris Venture Partners and led Dogpatch Labs (2009-2012). I founded beRecruited.com (acquired in 2013) and spent 2003-2007 at eBay (internet marketing, social media & leading Kijiji.com).
